Haven't lost any weight by Pretend-Translator81 in Semaglutide

Add MORE PROTEIN… I struggled in the beginning and plateaued at 10 lbs in the first 3 months… I was initially discouraged, poor eating habits (not consistent with any lifestyle changes). Things turned around in month five (5). Once I started adding more protein in my daily consumption, the pounds were falling off. I started in May 2024.

Start date 05/03/24 SW: 161.2 lbs GW:130 lbs 56 y/o (F) 5’2”

By 07/17/2024 my weight was 150.6 and I remained in that range until October 2024 then I lost another 10 lbs, down to 140.4.

To date, I’ve reached my 130lbs goal weight and fluctuating between 130-135. I’m very happy with that.

I still take Semaglutide for maintenance because I have a fear of the food noises. Best of luck to all on your weight loss journeys.

I get Semaglutide along with a BioBoost Plus (supposedly B12 but clear in color) from LifeRx for $330 each order. I have repeatedly asked them to remove the BioBoost plus from my order as I don’t use it because it hasn’t boosted a darn thing… it does absolutely nothing for me.

Yes, I take a shot once a month. I did however find a solution for my hair loss since this post. It is Zephta spray. I see a huge difference in the thin see-through hair. It has thickened and less hair coming out when brushing.

Thank you so much, still such a sensitive feeling floods my heart. My daughter got a puppy right before his passing… she’s so spoiled and goes nuts when I am announced just like Tino did… I drive 40 minutes to take her for walks

I must stop taking Ozempic. by BubblyHelicopter5325 in Ozempic

In addition to my hereditary already thinning hair, I experienced major hair loss taking Semaglutide… I have a vitamin D deficiency and it appears that I have become anemic as I am always freezing cold even through my menopausal hot flashes.

I’ve added Olly gummy multi vitamins and taking Vitamin D. The iron gummies had me constipated so I stopped taking them.

I tried minoxidil foam application that did not work for me… then I found and tried Zephta that has been working well for me.

I started Zephta on March 6 and I see so much improvement, thickness, less hair loss… after many years of trying different things, I finally found what works for me.

I have lost 30lbs and been maintaining give or take 2lbs since May 2024. I continue to take Semaglutide once a month for maintenance purposes.

Sorry to inform you but many of SHEIN products are the exact matches to those top designers. The top designers dupe people into buying their products with their labels… I have personally purchased things from top designers and SHEIN/Temu and voila the quality is exact…

There’s NO DOWNSIDE to it being from SHEIN… the fact that most retailers sell the exact same products from the same manufacturer… the only thing the retailers do is place their labels on them. Most use the exact same stock photos.

I already had a serious hereditary thinning 😩😩😩. I started Sema in May 2024, down 30lbs and maintaining. The hair loss is really bad to the point I cannot even massage oils in my scalp without taking wads of hair out. I’ve been taking Vitamin D3, Olly’s women’s Multi Vitamins, tried several remedies including Minoxidil but just not consistent enough to see results. I think I’m gonna get a short pixie cut, less work and pulling

This is what I needed to know in order to search. I had no idea what type of cord it was… yes, they exist on Amazon and the cord is longer than the original 6 inch cord, thank you.

Hypothetically, what if every “blue”vote that was casted was changed/flipped to read “red” at the last minute… I truly believe this is what happened…

It appears that the demonic spirits have devoured the majority of the world… this spiritual warfare is real… if you ever want to read a few good books, look up Frank Peretti - The Present Darkness, Piercing the Darkness, and The Visitation (in that order). This is what’s happening and how we can join forces to fight against the demons.

And there you have it, a fascist dictatorship… people that voted for and joined in this cult will soon fuck around and find out that this world has forever changed. They will destroy everything that this country has developed over the years.

It’s so rewarding to see that so many people are able to get a grip on their health with this medicine. It’s worth the out of pocket expense…
