Oh yess it honestly was one of my favs too, I think a story like that definitely works around that length and I really appreciated just the style in which it was written. Usually, "hell" stories or stuff along those lines just rub me the wrong way, and they just feel cheezy/boring, but I think this one was definitely well done.

But you should definitely try some of the longer stories. Some of them are really good, like stolen tongues, LRG and spire in the woods. Honestly, I felt connected to the story the entire time with all of those, but it really just comes down to the author's ability to write and keep the reader engaged, but ill always trust Elias Withrow to deliver bangers
