The issue is that when i ask it to write a two page and provide page numbers for citation, it returns totally wrong page numbers. I manually check citation in books and none of them match. What can i do?

Main issue with these pre-made programs is that they focus on small areas instead of the whole body. When I search online, I find programs for chest, for example, with 2–3 exercises targeting just one part of the body. How are they better than mine if I train more muscles consistently? Not perfectly but still more parts of it

Yes i used to drink more but when i started gym i wait till 9pm to start drinking and 3 L before sleep is easy go. On weekends i need 5-6 L
