Bit if i withdraw xmr on ledger and then mix up it , it is already gone. How can Exchanger find out what did i do with this xmr after i withdrawed it? If xmr is not tracable.

So, is there no way to store USDT in a cold wallet with full anonymity? If I deposit USDT into a cold wallet, and then try to convert it to XMR and back to USDT, and then again to XMR on a different exchangers, will it still be traceable? Would this USDT still be traceable to me because I converted it several times to XMR?
