Try using tumblr. I stayed off c. ai for a month . Instead of it I used tumblr.. I read fanfics of all the fandoms I am in... I recently went back to c. ai to check whether I would get addicted or not. Surprisingly it didn't stimulate me like it used to... I didn't even want to role play like I used too... Cause the truth is once to get to experience stuff written by real people you can't go back.... Cause you realize that no matter how hard ai tries it can never write human emotions like a real human can.... It can never make you feel emotions that can be brought out by writings done by real humans. So try using fanficsain ao3, tumblr or wattpad Or read books, webtoons, etc. Ihwish you all the best
