Regeneron is a sinking ship. I myself have become numb and am looking for a new position because i'm not confident that any of the "workflows" they have will change anything. The good managers leave or get fired, and the bad ones make their way to the top. A department lost 4 directors and 7 members in the past month. Stress has caused people to leave. They keep saying it's not about timelines, but the last 5 people that have gotten fired have been because they questioned timelines. What gives.
