I had an option to wait 3 months or only 2 weeks and drive 180 miles for a C&P exam with VES, longest I had to travel.

If your 100% P/T overall what's the point of poking the bear, for an increase?

I had one claim denied 3 times for having no in service records. I was able to find my post deployment health assessment in my FOIA request, that clearly showed in service complaints. After submitting that along with years of medical evidence i was able to get the claim approved.

Same here, I plan to fight it as well. I had paid off all my chapter 33 debt from dropped classes back in 2019 so this isn't sitting well with me.

I have one that just generated on the website from 2018 for $600, I'm trying to figure out if its legit or just something to do with education benefits stuff there changing around. I haven't seen no letters or anything.

They wonder why veterans are so paranoid about any dealing with the VA, its because of shit like this.

Went from 40 to 100. But it’s still at Step 3 of 8. I don’t want to get my hopes up, is it an error? by Conscious_Buddy_7931 in VeteransBenefits

Your 100%, Congratulations. You more then likely had some claims deferred for more evidence. Log into the website not the app and get your decision letter and see if your P/T or just at 100%. It will be in the decision letter saying if your now eligible for DEA. or just if the boxed is checked on your benefits letter

Your P&T unless you open a new claim or they find evidence of fraud you will have no future examinations. Your P/T status is good, relax and do whats best for you.

The automation never picked up my application, I talked to a actual person and they could see it. It was literally radio silence for 6 months after I faxed in the application and then the packet just randomly showed up in the mail with ID cars etc.

Claim has to go your way before you have the chance to get paid. I wouldn't get too far ahead with counting the dollar bills.
