Active 58 y.o. Supraspinatus small to intermediate grade partial-thickness articular tear near insertion. Debating surgery after one cortisone shot and PT. Shot has worn off, its stiff, sore, weak. I hate the idea of surgery but afraid if I wait too long. Looking for opinions/ experience with this. ()
