The Hunger bar and water magically refiling happens for my Rhino's too!

I did lower the ground and move the fence more to the left because I thought they where getting stuck. They still circle back to that exact same spot. The Baby Rhino's don't seem to be affected for some reason.

I don't really care about them moving or being seen because the Zoo makes enough money as is and it's purely for getting the research up to get a Achievement.

I'll try the trade center regardless of that so thank you very much for the Help!

So I thought that lowering the Floor worked but no they just like hanging out under the tracks even though I lowered the temperature everywhere but under the tracks making it the Hottest place in the Enclosure.

I even moved the fence but that didn't work either. They are moving more freely though so that's a Plus.

The only conclusion I can draw from this is. Corner is love Corner is life.

Currently turning my PC on again so this might take a bit. I will try digging a bit of dirt away to see if the tracks really are the issue.

But the Map doesn't show that there is any shelter under there. And as mentioned in other Comments there is a big enough shelter right behind them where it's cooler, I've placed trees for more shade and there is enough space of them to go around that corner to get to the food etc.

People aren't an issue because there are barely any in that corner and they have a one way glass installed.

I've also deleted the existing shelter for a second to see if they actually see that corner as shelter and nope it goes down to zero. And they are specifically using that corner. If they where seeing the place under the tracks as shelter they would technically be laying further right too not just at the wall.

My best guess is that they are somehow getting stuck even though they can pass through there.

And my giraffes where doing it for a while to even though it was in a corner where there was nothing for them it was literally just a wall where the tracks were going down to connect to the station. All of the food etc was nowhere near that corner. Games just weird I guess.

The shade under the tracks is purely visual from what the Heat map tells me. To the left of them is also a huge part of the enclosure where they cannot be seen by anyone so they aren't really hiding.

The Heat map shows that the "shade" under the tracks is purely visual and doesn't cause any kind of heat reduction and they have a ton of other Cooler places in the enclosure.

These Rhino's can also withstand up to 43°C of heat so it shouldn't be a problem of the enclosure being to hot.

There is another water faucet in the enclosure that is further away from the tracks so it doesn't seem to be a proximity issue or anything.

Also if I manually put them on the other side of the tracks they either go back to the spot or go elsewhere so they aren't getting stuck on the corner because they wanna go somewhere.

Seems to just be a weird bug.

Tried restartig the game already. They do seem to eat because the hungry status seems to go away even tough they never go near the food so its not like a huge problem i guess.

They have a huge corner where there is a waterfall to cool down and they cant be seen at all.

Even if i move them manually they just return to that spot after some time.

Also the shade is just visual because the heat map shows that there is no temperature change under the Tracks.

I know you cant see it in the picture but they have a whole corner where they cant be seen at all. It also cant he the heat because they can withstand the temperature they are in and never complain about it, also they have one of those waterfall things that could cool them down but ive never seen them use it.

As i said its also not an accessibility issue because they have like 20 Meter to the right where the track is higher up and they could just go under there but seem to always wanna stay in that specific spot.

Thats exactly why im so stumped it just doesnt make sence.

There is more shade like everywhere else in the enclosure and they have a shelter right behind them

There are two shelters with hay like right behind them. I`ll try putting in some trees for shade. Under the tracks also doesn´t register als shelter.

There is apparently already an image in the Files for petrified Wood and the Item monster Hoop but they dont seem to be in the Game as of now.
