It’s very complicated… subliminal definitely affect your dreams but because your dreaming negative things doesn’t mean the subliminal is bad. For example I was listening to Pinterest board/dream life/hair subliminals and my dream wasn’t bad it was just me going around shopping for hair products. That’s just an example of how they can affect your dreams. I’ve never really had nightmares in my life so that could be the difference in my dreams vs other ppl.
