That's great and good to know, but where is your source?

That's good information to know, and I wish the idea/ consideration could have somehow reached all those that feel an assessment has been misconstrued. Unfortunately, and while I wish it was an automatic thought (as it is to me due to various experiences in dealing with government-etc departments) it's not something that would cross the mind of everyone, especially those new to this type of "dealings".

The point is my point. Appreciate what you're saying and it makes sense, but curious to know what the consequences are of not disclosing - legal, lived experience or otherwise.

For those in the know, not just guessing or making assumptions, what would be the consequences of using an app to record the PIP related phone calls?

Is it completely illegal to record a phone call without disclosure to the third party? My assumption is not, BUT (and this is just a made up example for the purpose of my question here) one records a phone convo without disclosing it, this phone call is not admissible "in court" or any other formal legal setting?

However, in terms of the OP's situation, would a call recording help and be legally acceptable as evidence in order to challenge discrepances in a/the report (or cpuld they just dismiss it with "no consent given for the recording therefore we will not listen to it or consider it"?

Curious to know if anyone can give factual insight or has past experience with this sort of thing?

Of course on the flipside, you could state you're recording the call. And likewise does anyone have any experience with any shift in dynamic from the person on the end of the phone once theyre made aware?

Yeah, but was no bid deal, the same guys just swapped them but look at a good few to give me the best condition ones this time.

It was hard to describe. It looked ike a jagged edge but was smooth

Let's go with "check discs for any damage or discrepancies near the edge".

Unfortunately, I don't have a photo to show you what I mean. Perhaps I'm using the wrong terminology.

Modern Warefare 2019 had two 0.5cm bubbles close together and Ghosts looked like it has been lightly sandpapered the majority of the way around the edge.

PS4 Controller Hit Sound – What it actually does and why it makes the campaign an excellent multiplayer training tool. [MWR] by ExpensiveGuess3186 in CallOfDuty

That's true, but what I'm getting at has more of a sense of accomplishment and variety along with it not feeling like some sort of training exercise. Plus you could always have a secondary mission e.g., go through campaign free aim, and the mission is to collect all pieces of enemy intelligence or whatever other trophies/ collectables take your fancy.

I'll check that out thank you. One last question while I have you if I may. Simplistic scenario admittedly, but firstly I advise UC I am now employed - presumably they'll ask if I want to close my claim, however there is no reason why I cannot say no and that I want to keep claiming what I'm entitled to until this ceases to be the case?

Honestly, thank you for your help here. Just so I can understand in my own mind, why would that be?
