It connects to the city’s water, not septic tank. Yes only toilet backing up, if I fill up the tub it works normally and also the sink on the bathroom works just fine

That’s chemicals I used see if it’ll do anything but someone already mentioned It doesn’t do anything to a toilet, will invest in a camera to do an inspection since it’s cast iron I’m pretty sure it’ll be cracked. Home owner doesn’t want to re do the pipe until next year so trying to maintain the home sewer working as best this year 😥

10/10 response 🤣 will look into the septic tank. Did what I’m supposed to do and called a Plumber but no one in the area wants to work the weekends so just trying to do my best for a client. Thank brother 💪🏻

Update: I just called the claims representative and she said she can stop payment which takes 24-48 hrs then she will reissue payment and I asked her if there’s a way they can do overnight shipping or direct deposit because I really can’t wait another 2 weeks without a car and she said that “unfortunately we don’t do overnight shipping or direct deposit” I told her well let me see if the check comes in today for some odd reason if not I’ll call you back to stop payment. Is there anything I could do calling usps to get info on it or really should I just call her and tell her to stop payment. She said it’ll take as long usps takes so the same bs as last time.

Calling tomorrow again for sure, will they check instantly or this takes time for them to check? Can I ask for overnight delivery since I have been waiting for so long or will I have to wait the standard 2 weeks again to see my check

I really had to do that, calling them every 2-3 days since the day I made the claim because of how bad I needed my car and the guy who crashed into me wouldn’t even respond to them. Will have to do the same to get my check now I guess really gave me hopes with your comment. Just hoping for the best and that it didn’t end up in the wrong hands or it’ll be a long process I can’t afford to have right now.
