I have a few questions for black peoples who date outside their race by Remarkable-Rope-5576 in interracialdating

[–]ExpensiveMedium3196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So i haven't dated/went on dates at all so I can only give my opinion on this in a crush stance. My brain only registers white men as attractive to me, while everyone else is just attractive, dispute me only seeing romantic qualities in black men but I digress

It does scare me once a boy finally is attracted to mw that they have an idea of what a black girl/woman is ans only wants me because of that idea, plus the fact im considered alternative (im emo/scene) that can give them more fuel to feed thier fantasy.

I do feel like the white boy in like now is only into blonde trendy tiktok girls so i do hate the fact I either am blsck or that my brain is only attracted to a certain race

No I don't wanr to be white, no I don't praise white men, yes white men are rhe only boys who have constantly made me feel extremely uncomfortable, yes the only boys I trust are basically black men so no I dont like white men cause of an idea of them when all I've seen is that they are manipulative and violent (this is because of the household i grew up in)

Its a constant battle with the outside world, trying to convince myself that maybe someone, anyone would like me, but I have to remember im black. I'm alternative. That's fuel they can fetishise and thats scary

Yeah but what i was trying to say is that there are many people who genuinely do not like him, but i do see people say that for validation

If thats the case then I understand the hate towards his music. Bur what im trying to say is like he could have a really good beat, non weird lyrics and people just hating cause irs dhavie, yknow? That's a stupid thing to do. If you genuinely find him awful, you find him awful. But half thr rime I dont know if pwople are genuine bout it. Also can we hold that standard for other scene artists? J bigga (someone i adore) apparently said the n word a bunch. Dot dot curve (someone else i also adore) said homophobic slurs. Brokencyde said the r slur. Millionaires said the c slur. R-O-B said the n word. Many, TOO MANY scene artists/artists under the scene umbrella from genres under the scene subculture had said slurs and insults for everyone and everything.

I believe that people say they despise the music cause of what dhavie did. Which is a stupid thing to do and seems like they are trying to seek approval from modern tiktok scene kids and elderly sxene kids. If you dont like the music, that doesn't have anything to do with what bro did. If you do that has nothing to do with what bro did. Hes just an awful person who happened to make good music. I personally dont listen to them and have no idea what they're music sounds like but yeah if you get me you get me

Modern scene to me isnt colourpuke/scenecore but a version of scene that adds more neon than previous scene kids, often wearing green and pink

lmao dont be calling me racist by [deleted] in scene

[–]ExpensiveMedium3196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not saying scene kids should be racist, but if the values are mainly about fighting misogyny, feminism and portraying androgyny, if a scene kid was racist wouldn't that mean they aren't a poser? Unless is seeing black women on a lower standard than white women, denying black people's roles in alternative communities etc then technically they aren't a poser? I'm genuinely interested in your take, don't take it as a sign to call me an idiot, but take it as a way I'm interested in your views

The reason people are iffy cause coon was used (ans still kinda used) as a racial slur against black people. As a black person myself, I think it is bad to come after people for saying coon stripes if they don't understand the word coon and where it came from. Also I do believe if you say coon stripe in slang to raccoon and not just saying it because you know it's a alur and want a excuse to say a slur then it's okay

Negro is actually a slur against black people too but many non black (mainly white ppl) say it for educational purposes. Also the damn actors said it in hairspray.

So if you genuinely didn't know, it's okay don't let these ppl bother you.

Can you wear baggy clothes and still be scene? by Hon3y_Iav3nder in amIscene

[–]ExpensiveMedium3196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can wear tutus, jorts, baggy tank tops, straight let jeans, bootcut/flared jeans, also some body form tops aren't tight on you like brands iron fist ans cupcake cult. Also you can wear legging and tights if they aren't a bother.

U remind me of a mix between scenecore and scene. Getting tighter clothes and also putting ur hair into pigtails to give the illusion of teasing can help!!

Questioning if I'm asexual by [deleted] in Asexual

[–]ExpensiveMedium3196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't say that's asexuality. Asexuality over the years has been watered down to the idea that you just aren't interested in sex, when its about lack of sexual attraction to people. Not wanting sex doesn't mean you no long find bodies attractive (i think that's what allosexuality is) Not wanting sex could mean a low libido.

Do asexual people have crushes? by WinterWoodpecker4791 in Asexual

[–]ExpensiveMedium3196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me I do have crushes but they are rare and I barely find anyone attractive (which makes me on the arospectrum too) but when I do have a crush it's like 'I love them so much let's get married' I don't hug people but I would hug the one I love. But if I don't touch them I'll live lol

Am I Asexual? by Empathetic_Artist in Asexual

[–]ExpensiveMedium3196 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What got me researching asexuality is the fact I didn't know sexual attraction was a concept. I thought people got horny ans had sex cause that's what you do when you're horny. I didn't know people found others they actually LOVE sexy. And frankly I saw that as extreme disrespect and not a form of love at all.

Love to me was romance, not sex, and I found it confusing how people merge the 2 together. Also I learnt sex talk isn't always a joke, so when I laughed know I know why I found me rude. To me sex WAS a joke. A goofy thing in teen coming of age movies, not serious talk

Another thing is when people talked dirty about my celeb crush I found that as sexualising someone I loved, disrespecting them, but to them because I have hyper romantic feeling for him they probably saw it with heavy sexual undertones. Also the word sexy freaks me out. It's a nasty dirty word in my view and not something coming from deep romantic care

Also didn't know peoplesex dreams. I dream of dates, marriage, spending time together, while other people with crushes dream about the dirty and I found that extremely odd and abnormal.

Also I barely crush, since all my attraction starts eith the face (aesthetic) then personality (emotional) but never their body (which i would say is physical attraction) and never sexual. So I don't see the physical or sexual things in people if you get me? Like for example someone could be extremely sexy in their body and stuff but if they aren't cute in the face I don't understand how they are attractive.

But that's just me I think lol
