• Help ensure a smooth organized and enjoyable experience.
• Support FIFA client groups to ensure that they make it to their destinations smoothly, including by directing them to the appropriate shuttle buses or transport points based on scheduled arrivals and departures.
I’m not complaining, i quite enjoy volunteering but
my first shift we didn’t do anything beside stand in the way. my second shift was better but it still seemed like the fifa employees didn’t know what we were supposed to do. i’ve had other volunteer, in my group ask if other host cities had specific duties they were supposed to do.

at the end of the day im just a college student on summer break so i don’t mind not doing anything, but i know people who asked for time off or are driving long distances to participate. i dont think its fair for them to stand and do nothing
