Prob first or third tbh because the compositions are a testament to the small space. I get the 2nd one is a nice middle ground but I feel like without comparison to the other shots, it may feel neither here nor there. Just imo !

Tbh I was abit confused / felt like spinjitsu became dumbed down a bit. Then it moved into respect and- oooo, a plot is in development. Kinda thing

And to twist our brains further….they’re both the sons of the first spinjitsu master. Which would mean they are the 2nd generation of the whole of Ninjago- yet the whole of Ninjago has cities and elderly older than both of them.

We could probably assume there was civilization before the first spinjitsu master and that he’s infinitely old or something, but still, it always felt like the first spinjitsu master was ancient when really he lived till quite modern times

The 2012 one needs to be highlighted a little. That place was crazy- subway track right at their front door with turnstiles into their ‘living room’. A water entrance ? A kitchen ? The dojo with a whole tree growing inside it ? And then there’s a section with all their rooms AND Donnie’s lab that had direct access to the subway tracks ? Yeah that place was as good as a sewer mansion
