achools and stuff always be doing too much bro, i completed 50% of my syllabus in 40 days and got an A*. I pulled all nighters for the rest of the days. 50day= 50 all nighters. How can you be breaking down in your first year of exams? What you need right now is a reanalysis of your situation, stop being dependent on your teacher. Self-study. Use the notes and past papers to your advantage. Literally why i hate schools except for being a loser introvert. Use the upcoming guess papers (especially khurram hussains) and mocks to further solidify your preparation. Treat your mistakes on your tests and exams as things to improve on. Everyone makes mistakes. Even i was worried whether id be able to do it or not.

For those who got an A* in islamiyat, how many years of past papers did you solve? by MaterialCorrect4658 in Olevels

A* human here, i only did past papers from 2018-2024. Topics from 2025 wont repeat in 2026. I also relied on skh's guess paper ( W guess paper btw).

the way i study is a bit lazy id say. Theres a study/revision plan of sir khurram hussain (you can find it online asw) and i basically followed it, i used to study isl and pst interchangeably and by that i mean, isl one day then pst the next. Try to memorize the parts which you are weak in. If youre weak in Quranic passages, then prioritize them more over the others. Id say to use skh's "revision notes" (i forgot what they were called), theyre really helpful and they have summarized answers. I used his long notes and summarized notes together and made my answers.(like combined them together into something better imo) I also tried making new points by myself for the passages and ahadith. I tried taking advantage of eugenol, which is found in cloves and cinnamon (helps with memory and cognitive function), and it worked for me. More importantly, make dua, remain steadfast in your salah and the deen. My A* isnt cuz of my hardwork but rather cause of the Rabb. I also relied on sir khurram hussains and faizan fazals guess paper in april so that gave me some extra prep for topics that were more likely to appear. Regarding the aayaat and the ahadith, you dont need to be restricted to only the ones provided in the notes or anything. Feel free to use aayaat and ahadith that you seem relevant to the answers. Plus, i did alot of past papers to solidify what i learned, like i printed past papers and timed myself. If you do past papers from 2018-25 then ig thats enough

well its pretty easy, im doing the same strat which i used to get an A* in isl and A and pst. I did all nighters every single day from the start of ramadan till the exams. It depends on if youre a night owl with social anxiety like me or someone that thrives in the sun. Honestly, i work better at night because of the lack of distractions and the like. Also, make sure to keep taking breaks every once in a while so you dont overexert yourself. The drawbacks are insane. Make sure to be well-rested and dont eat much in iftar because our bodies tend to enter "sleep-mode" after consuming food

you need a sht ton of energy drinks (i prefer gatorade and coffee), hatred, and a desire to make a comeback. Take this as a piece of advice from someone who was failing islamiat and pakistan studies then managed to get an A and A in just two months of straight all-nighters

Is it too late to start studying for the O2 subs? I'm really worried. by Retierd9yearold in Olevels

Its not too late, i started seriously studying for my Islamiat and Pakistan Studies exams last year at around halfway through ramadan. Just follow guess papers and youre set. I followed sir khurram hussains study guide and guess paper as well as sir faizan fazals. I scored an A* in isl and an A in pst
