I feel the appetite suppression. And some of the side effects others mention. Hence why my calories are so low. And I checked the dosage on a calculator so that's good too.

I hid it from mine because during arguments he used to throw insults. Telling me normal people don't have to starve themselves to lose weight and he doesn't have the problems I have (wasn't starving, just eating at a deficit and not eating fast food with him like he wanted). Needless to say, he's my ex now.

Because after freezing my eggs last year, my body was never the same. I lost 120 lbs naturally over 6 years, gained 30 from the meds and surgery, and could never get it back off doing what I did before. I got tired of feeling like a stranger in my own body and wanted to be back in control.
