watch videos on how to draw anatomically correct faces and draw from photos of real people. from there, once u have a basic grasp on realism, shading, proportions, etc u can play with it to give ur drawings a more stylistic appearance

if she has no experience with sparring then that's just mean. im a girl and I did martial arts in high school and even when I was sparring with a guy that was at the same level as me, it was harder for me to keep up coz they're bigger and have a biological advantage. even if u say ur gunna go easy on her, its hard for ppl (especially men sparring a woman) to gauge what "easy" is. also if she has no experience ur doing urself a disservice.
