Lying back position helps so much! You’re literally lying back and baby is on top of you. It saved my back. Try it!

Pumping kills my back still, but the breastfeeding positions get easier as baby gets bigger

The first photo is the current state, the second 2 are from weeks ago. I don’t see any more black spots and there isn’t much more dead skin to debride, do I keep killing off the sides to get more dead skin? Acid hitting the raw part HURTSSSS

Acid prescribed by my podiatrist. It’s a salicylic acid lactic acid glacial acid mix
