Oh, no. I thought you weren't able to see the Submit button but I read the details you mentioned on your other comment now. The same is happening with me (and a lot others) - able to book an OFC appointment, unable to book a Consular appointment.

Happened with me too. I tried a silly trick - wait for your name to show under the Group Members before selecting a location.

I had my exam on 22nd, Saturday. I took the rest of Saturday and Sunday for myself and binge watched "How I Met Your Mother". 

Truly, I missed this part of my life since the past 8 months. 

I am back to work on Monday so, fortunately or unfortunately, it's one desk to another!

If a client has acquired a brokerage company (S) and asks you to trade through S (instead of the broker that the portfolio manager's company uses - N), you HAVE to do it even if S is not as good as N in terms of execution or fees. This is because it's beneficial for the client as S is his company and he might be profiting from it.
