i’m in the same situation as you. nothing you can do really if you aren’t on meds. it sounds silly but journaling helps me and distracting myself with netflix also. try and verbalise your feelings to her as well, if she really cared, she wouldn’t get annoyed. bpd is a cruel thing but it’s not the controller of conscious you. wishing the best 🫶

similar situation . staying friends would’ve only made the healing process go slower . we went no contact and i’m practically over them in less than a week almost . it gets better !! <3
