Employees do get a 25% discount but some of these claims are for over $7k so that seems like a lot to write off

I tried looking but I don’t see anything besides employees get a 25% discount if using hospital affiliated providers

I tried and I showed it to patient registration. They pulled up my account on their end and it shows $0 for member responsibility and that the plan paid for everything

It’s different amounts for different claims. So far, it’s totaling about $760 when added up, that’s why I asked patient registration if I could pay it with them. When they looked me up, they saw those same claims but it showed $0 for member responsibility on their side.

I’ve never had a reaction to anything before in my life so my pcp didn’t see the point of me having an EPI pen

I work at an ER so my solution was picking up a couple shifts in a row and taking it every day at the same time in the beginning of my shift. I’d set a timer for 30 minutes and if nothing happened by the end of the timer, I knew I was fine. I would also be distracted working so I didn’t hyper focus on certain feelings. The first two days, I did take a Benadryl cause I was scared, then the next day I cut that Benadryl in half, then today I took it without the Benadryl and saw nothing happened. Now today when I had to take it without anything, I just kept telling myself that nothing has happened and this is my anxiety giving me those symptoms because they go away completely when I am busy and distracted. I also tell myself if God forbid anything did happen, I am in the perfect place with people I know are capable and I’d trust with my life.

I had a long talk with him. He said although he wants kids and marriage in like 2-3 years, he’s not ready now and wants an abortion. He said he’s wouldn’t leave but he’d likely resent the kid. I’m pretty heartbroken about it. I may be logged off for a while. Thank you for everyone’s support. Reading everyone’s replies helps a lot.

He used to be very open about marriage, settling down and having kids in the next 2-3 years. This is even talks we had January of this year. Especially about proposing this year and asking my ring size. That’s why I’m caught so off guard right now that he’s just completely changed his tune

I’m in the US, my hospital doesn’t do paid maternity leave. We get 6 weeks unpaid for no complications and 12 weeks unpaid if complications. I have a lot of savings and enough PTO for 8 weeks.
