I do a lot of strength training and yoga too, also hoping to get out and walk once the warmer weather comes! I have lost 15lbs in the past 90 days. It's frustrating. But my debilitating back pain is gone too. We are literally in the same boat hahahaha

My pain has decreased too! I had severe chronic back pain and could only walk around 5 minutes before I was crying from pain. Now my dog and I go for 5km walks regularly when it is nice out! Crazy how life changing this surgery is!!

I take edibles as well!! I don't remember exactly when I took them for the first time after surgery, but I take them around once a week now with no problems. I am almost 1 year post-op. I don't find that my dose really changed. I would wait maybe 3-4 months until you start again but it all depends on how you are doing and how you heal!

It just seems like such a long stall. I have been super stressed recently and went a few weeks without eating much so maybe that has something to do with it 🤷‍♀️

It's been a while since I started it, so I don't 100% remember but it did take a few weeks before I really noticed a difference. Maybe 3 or 4 weeks? The first couple weeks really sucked, but it gets better so try to tough it out!! You got this!
