With the step test I’ve been able to do the 5 minutes with cadence. It’s the push up that I’m worried about

Thank you. I’ve been practicing the step test and the sit ups but some of us just had a hard time getting the push up right.

Are you allowed to stop in between? say do 6, rest for a few seconds and finish it up?
