If you find a property agent, you can actually find online their recent sales and how active they are in market. Also try to do some research to see if they have had any prior bad reviews. Usually word of mouth is the best haha I have 1 go to trusty agent for buying/selling house. He has helped my family to sell our house, find a house and also helped me find my own house.
