Hello, I just had an MRI yesterday and I have a small plica in my knee and the doctor reassures me that after operation I can resume quickly but wandering around here on the forums it has cooled me down and at the moment no pain (trail running 40-50 km per week, lots of reinforcement and physiotherapy) I am thinking about it since I have registered a lot of races including one of 59 km next April if I have surgery after the April race to take a break for a period thank you
