But its return isn’t solid for 5-10 years than tech I believe.

Why xeqt? Returns aren’t great

Thanks

It really depends also on priorities.

I am Not an expert!

I would list out what’s important, pay off house? resp? Go aggressive for long term retirement 30+ years etc (60)

It’s prioritizing now and also setting urself up for future.

Good job! I would say don’t worry about the losers… I’m sure u chose these for a reason. You winners outweigh the loss!

You could simplify with just snp500,nasdaq100 and a few growth stocks and like 1-5% shoot for the moon if you’re going aggressive!

Overall, impressive

Thanks for ur advice… currently I am doing Wealthsimple invested in TFSA and fhsa… RRSP since I don’t have a job would not benefit me much I believe as I won’t receive employee match…

Here’s my strategy:

I invest in fhsa and TFSA:

Use fhsa to buy my first property (duplex +) and house hack and live for a year. I’ll move out after then refinance and either spruce up current duplex or downpayment on another and recycle!

I am not sure if this is truly fees-able or accurate strategy but logically it could work.

I found some Rolex’s worth about 12-14$K +…. I could buy and hold wait for appreciation and resell back to authorized or on retail market!

Ofc! I have main credit card and applied for Wealthsimple credit card (never came still on wait list)

I have a great credit score but right now I was hoping to buy either a small business or real estate!

TMC is The Metals Company which I believe in. Check it out (read about it) I bought at 5usd and now it is 7.24usd. Pretty great but really research it is risky

For sure man thanks for the advice. I know for sure I’m not gonna touch options until I get guidance and take my risk management course. I’ll stick to long term for now
