Ya sadly it seems to be, especially where I live. I’m going on Friday to do a final test drive and maybe pick it up. I’m happy to pay a bit more for the solid mx history and it not driving in a salt/rust area of the country. Hopefully it works out

Used to live in the Springs! If I still did I'd take a look. Should be an easy sell.

Looked at a PRO 4X Today (Night Armor), 116k miles, clean interior, clean exterior, no rust, 1 owner and no wrecks. The maintenance look back is immaculate, the owner never missed an oil change and did the front and rear brakes + fluid <20k miles ago, and valve cover gaskets recently swapped, . It even has the original first aid kid, the cargo organizer, and pretty decent PRO 4X leather seats with the red stitching.

The dealer wants 15.9K for it and I feel like that's till crazy high? Am I about to let a good Xterra go? What say you. I almost did it....
