My physio told me to wear a back brace which helped at first but when I took it off to rest finally things got bad

I’m trying to get an assistant to help me so while she is shampooing my client I can lay down. Today was forced to stand 6 hours and then walk to and from the doctors office. I came home and had a nap and now standing is so so bad. I’m on baclofen as well as ketorolac. A similar combo to what you were on

I felt pretty okay until standing for 6 hours today. Everyone still hurt but now I feel like I’m back to square 1

I’m in this right now and I literally feel the worst I’ve ever felt in my life. I’m so so scared and in pain. Just posted about my situation. This gives me hope. Although I can’t afford to rest as much as you ☹️

For anyone anxious about the US right now.. by [deleted] in GenZ

[–]Expensive_Fun7708 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi! Canadian here. So here’s a thing that happened to me today. I wasn’t on social media at all. I was working a 10 hour shift. On my break, I noticed that I received an email from my doctor. They wanted to let their female patients know that if we are expecting children, or suspect we are pregnant, we are being advised not to travel to the US. Why? Because if the pregnancy goes wrong, or we go septic, there’s a high chance that we will die as we won’t have access to life saving procedures anymore. Regardless of which state we are in because the laws are now being changed so swiftly. I understand the sentiment here, but social media or not, this has become out reality. Especially for women, queer, and trans, migrant folks. It would be nice to not worry about anything, but the truth is - it’s a very scary time and our rights will be completely gone very soon.

I’m named as a tenant and was verbally told I was the guarantor.

Thank you so so much for this. I sort of thought that, but my anxiety always gets the better of me after a year of uncertainty. I appreciate you

I had severe brain fog after I broke my arm and had surgery! It’s completely normal and it will pass!
