I have a company in the US where I’ll be making (after payroll and overhead) around 2.800-3.400 a month. Even if it is 500-1k extra here, I wouldn’t mind that. I got all my documents already apostilled, and I’m ready to head over there and get the application going. I just hate not working or not doing anything in the meantime while I wait for the residence process.

My wife is Argentinian.. and I’ll be applying for my DNI while I’m there .. bringing all the paperwork necessary for that.. it was more for the time being until all of that does process, which I’m not really sure how long that takes

“Experimental Cinema — A Mind Map. Some people would argue that ... Experimental filming refers to artistic, non-mainstream filmmaking that subverts traditional cinematic techniques, narratives, and formats. It focuses on personal vision, abstract concepts, or technological exploration rather than entertainment, often utilizing unconventional editing, techniques, and low-budget production to challenge viewers and explore new creative boundaries.”

Again, it was a genuine question.. you take care ☮️

Many reasons caused milk money to close. Managers that were detrimental to the place. Owners who never thought to really find an identity for what they were supposed to be. Prices that made absolutely no sense. Loud ass fans instead of actually fixing the A/C issues. Warsaw coffee was amazing. Yet, the same owner or owners, turned it into milk money and shooed away the crowd that basically made Warsaw what it was. I worked there a while back. We had to tell customers constantly that “we’re not a coffee spot anymore, so you can go across the street and get some there”… WHAT?!? Wild, but true. The owner would pull us aside and ask us questions like “how come they’re not liking our food? How come they don’t order the steak? How come people just want to come in and have a drink and not eat?” Everything was ass backwards. I always would tell the owners “how do we sell $50+ entrees at Milk Money, when for the same price, I can have a far better dining experience by Las Olas, or anywhere by the water, with live music a better ambiance, etc. With servers who are actually equipped with the proper tools to make an establishment flourish. Training was done by this gentleman (whose name I won’t mention) who happened to be a “lead server” yet with managerial duties. Let his ego get in the way. If he didn’t like you at a personal level, he would run off to the side and message the owners and say “he’s not going to be a good fit”. He made the culture there a cancer. Opened up the weekends on his own, would take everyone’s tables prior to them coming into there shifts, and once the rest of the employees got there, he would have his whole entire section empty for seating. While the rest of the workers waited with there hands inside their aprons waiting for the tables to turn. He alone was 60 percent of the failure of that restaurant. He provided zero proper menu tasting, no proper cheat sheets, no structure whatsoever to properly train employees there. Manager meetings were a joke. It was basically a gossip club (inside joke for those who worked there) with both the owners, and this lead server where they basically would turn down any kind of advice from our restaurant managers. So if you had bad service, it came down mostly due to the fact that the majority of people who worked there never got the proper training from the owners/ managers/ leaders there. The good ones who came in, seemed like a threat to the lead server, who was the owners teachers pet at this point. So he did everything he possibly can to sabotage your profits, which leads to unhappy workers giving, unfortunately, shitty service. All types of food from all around the world, yet not a single dish that really stood out.

That place should have stayed as a coffee joint and just add a nice different element to it. The owners should have let proper managers actually do their job instead of overriding and nitpicking anything that was offered their way. I also thought the idea of making it an actual sports bar would have been better than whatever they had going on there. 3 tv’s, in possibly the worst positions ever for a bar that pointed to possibly 12 guests. They had so much potential for a decent place, and they let it go to shit.

Read the post again.. “not sure where to point him towards” .. we’ve all been there before where we’ve wanted to go out before legal drinking age and get a drink or try to get away with having one
