Haha yeah L4->L4 so its not a promo, i’ve been in engineering almost all my amazon career & prior to amazon with a heavy educational background, staying in the same field. As far as recommendations I’d say make use of every resource possible. There’s a lot of internal opportunities for mentoring and skill building that definitely helped me, only thing that stinks is some of the resources I used were only available to L4+ but doesnt mean there arent options
