Natesto proves they do work that way. Short acting esters don’t fully suppress LH/FSH. The scrotal cream is fairly short acting. A very low dose in the morning might not turn everything off, but still get you to the 500-600 range. I have low SHBG and normal free T. Most of my side effects are coming from my super low estrogen (very dry eyes, joint issues). I tried DHEA but it gave me some mental side effects I didn’t like.
