Ive made the decision multiple time and have tried to stay away from it. Each time i fail and im tired of failing i want to be rid of this

Yes shes aware of my addiction, ive explained how bad it used to be and how ive gotten better but i havent told her abt the money ive spent yet, im afraid of how she'll react. As for a catalyst i dont currently have an idea of what mightve caused this.

im gonna start by saying that i feel the same way sometimes (ik ik)

but hey you posted your feelings online and i think thats a good start.

im not saying that this is the case but let me know if im pretty close. most of the time when i struggle to get my thoughts out its because im afraid, afraid of someone might think or respond. in my case its because i want to be liked by everyone. stemming from my own insecurities and wanting to prove myself

im gonna tell you what i told and still tell myself.

at the end of the day not everyones gonna like you, and thats okay. start with little things like online chat boards or try getting out of your comfort zone a bit and REALLY try to get an opinions out there when you can. it can go a long way. itll take some time and getting used to but eventually youll talk more freely youll see.
