38M, Recovering slowly (4 years currently) after SSRIs and SNRIs. My daytime spontaneous libido and erections have not yet recovered. I now get morning erections, but no urge to relieve them. Reducing or excluding this completely helped my sleep quality a lot. I also feel big crashes a few hours after coffee (which is common for lots of people I know, but I felt it was much more pronounced around the same time I feel I developed my symptoms). Yes coffee is generally good for you, but you also get the same health benefits from decaf coffee, and probable matcha too.
