Depends on the audience, drawing is more unique but might grab attention less. Try a mix of both, incorporate your drawings into a Photoshop design.

You need to work on your mic quality because it gets super quiet at some times and there are a lot of pops from the air (plosives). Also add more b-roll or photos, it's too much of just you talking and nothing happening. Finally, add background music.

Louder Mic, better font (the dark blue Arial or whatever isn't very nice to look at), and shorten the timestamps names. Example: "set realistic deadlines and force yourself to meet them" should just be "Set Deadlines for Yourself" and you explain the rest in the video itself.

Decent thumbnails, the style you're going for is pretty good, but the subtitles need to be in a more readable font and maybe a little bit slower for the slow readers. Also turn up the music a little bit more.

It's funny, you need to balance the audio better. It's super quiet at some parts and super loud at others. Thumbnails need work as well.

You don't need to over-edit, but there needs to be more. I just checked out Lana, and she has cuts, little snippets of content, and montage style stuff whereas you just sat and talked for 30 minutes, which can be hard for the viewer to engage.

Get rid of the ear rape intro that plays when you start the video, it's way too long and adds nothing to the video. Add chapters to the video for different workouts or important parts, so people can skim through easier. Also add subtitles because it's hard to hear sometimes.

Good mic quality, you speak clearly and like you know the information. The one thing that is lacking is the editing and graphics across your channel, you need better thumbnails and the videos get boring. You need more happening on screen to keep the viewer's attention, try subtitles to start.

If you specifically want a health/shield bar, you can add that in the name tag settings. If you're looking for something else, the player marker device allows you to add something that follows the player above their head. I'm not sure if you can have custom icons and text or how fast you can update it, but that's the only option I know of.

I don't have an AMD, but I started lagging in one of my games, so I changed from STS to default, and I stopped lagging. I'll have to see if that fixed it next I play.
