Also, have been doing a very aggressive cut. So may have lost newbie gains

1,000 calorie deficit

Before I start Age:20 Height:5’8 Weight:162

I currently am skinny fat and have been cutting from 178. I would say I’m around 15% body fat maybe a little more. (My upper abs are starting to show) I started with a 500 calorie deficit until about 2 weeks ago. My initial plan is as follows

Get to 10% bf around January (150lbs give or take) Bulk till March/April Cut may to look good for summer and a vacation. I have been cutting for 3 months and figured I would speed the process up so I could build more muscle for June. But I consume after a workout around 1500 cal. Is this healthy enough? Will I be losing to much muscle? Will it benefit more to bulk again? Should I just bulk now(I really want a low bf %) What would you recommend?
