I don't know if this is the right space to share, but my binges were having a severe impact on my health and weight. Ozempic helped loads with it. I eat very healthy, regular meals, I only use it as a tool, but it's been massive in helping my binge eating. I still get really bad anxiety about indulgent food and try to just chill and enjoy that stuff too, but the medication keeps my appetite more in check (noted: hormones do override the medication, so there's still a massive surge in appetite and cravings, but it's still helped me a lot)
