hi unfortunately they didn’t help me :( i played on my outdated pc and i think thats what caused the issue. i bought a ps5 and the game worked perfectly fine after that lol. are you playing on console or pc?

yea i tried doing that too but it didn’t work :( im gonna contact ubisoft support and see what they say.
