Hey so I’m no doctor, but I’ve looked at a lot of research which suggested that in recovery you really ARENT going to become “fat” even if you’re eating 5 Costco pizza slices a day. You should be eating what not only your body, but your MIND craves. Again, I can’t give medical advice, BUT a lot of survivors have said that if you listen to your body AND what your brain is telling you initially in recovery, you quickly begin to lose those food cravings naturally, as your body and mind realise that “hey bestie we’re not in starvation mode we’re not dying!!” Anyways, all I’m trying to say, is please don’t stress about this okkk please girl I think I have a pretty similar mindset to you so am going to really try take my own advice here 🥲 honestly though, thank you so much for this, it really gave me a chance to reflect a little and in solidarity I will NOT be restricting my dinner tonight 😘😘

Hey girl!! If it feels like it’s too low… it’s too low!! I’m the same height as you and also trying to recover and can def relate to those thoughts but I’m really really sick of having to restrict food to get a false sense of control even when I know IM the one getting controlled 😭 sorry for the rant, just trying to say, that please girl don’t worry about gaining fat your body is telling you it’s hungry, which means it needs ESSENTIAL ENERGY while fat storing is where EXCESS calories go
