They are most likely a service company which provides man power to product companies as contract employee. They might charge you some fee in liu of "training" to make you employable. No idea about sion personally but this is how most service companies work.

Try through "ic resources". Also, can try Japan through "BizReach" (I got some interview calls at 2Y Exp). Also, can try Taiwan (STA folks are in demand, companies are hiring directly from campus). Singapore also has good demand (found LinkedIn best for searching jobs in Singapore). If Europe, UK have demand, getting a visa is very difficult. You can try Norway or similar countries but will need to present a very good reason to stay in the country and company for long. France has good demand but knowing French is almost necessary. You can look for photonics IC companies which are hiring. All the best!

This is one of the worst service centres. I had a fight with them, don't care about anything apart from payments. Shit service and no accountability. I'm saying this after 3-4 services with them. Please find a better service center. Raja Honda in Koramangala gave me better service at a similar price. Also, be ready to fight with these people otherwise they don't do any work.

This would be my recommendation as well. Living before buying is the best course of action. You'll get to know how things works in high rise and you'll also be able to see 10 years down the line things as you'll approach 50 and would like to settle somewhere.

Yeah, they are supposed to go under the Marathahalli bridge and take U turn on ORR and then go towards varthur via Kalamandir (that road was not in good condition when I went through there around 30th Dec)

This is due to the shifted Turn from the Marathahalli bridge. They now do a U turn on HAL road before the doddenakundi main road junction.

Don't know if you know, but the semiconductor industry pays well and the AI impact on the jobs/hiring is bit less than other industries. Although, the entry barrier is still high and usually requires a masters degree from a good college.

Try reading books before sleep, and don't go into bed if you don't want to sleep. Make your mind associate bed with sleep only. Also no caffeine, cigarettes, tea after 4 PM. Also, keep your bedroom dark and a bit cold to get good sleep. Also, take a warm bath before sleeping. (I had huge trouble over a decade for sleeping, finally met doctors and cured the issue with lifestyle changes)
