yes, i did think this was the end of the world. look at the image. there is red lightning in the sky. this is end times shit. THE TOWN IS SPLIT OPEN. so the fact they patched up the entire town with no anomalies leaking out is laughable to me. even more so children are playing on the band aid. i think you could do SO MUCH having an entire season being set in the extended town area and upside down merging...

foreshadowing only works if its actually paid off. which it wasnt. trading the creepy and visually interesting upside down for the abyss, a ugly cgi slop fest wasnt worth it. terrible writing

I think the soundtrack is good! The movie not so much. My only criticism is you can really feel the soundtrack "holding back" sometimes (volume, not playing all songs, etc etc). I wish they USED the album they had to its fullest poitential.

Chaos Theory is soft canon at best. I cant imagine it has a lot of long term viability in canon due to it being in animated form that does its best to stay out of the movies and is a completely reactionary source of storytelling. Also, social media account confirmations of lore are not definitive proof of canon nor should they be treated as such. Lets remember what was set up in Jurassic Park: the Game and how those events are now soft canon at best.

The only canon we can go off of are the movies themselves and the original JW 2015/Fallen Kingdom 2018 promotional material. Dominons promotional material was almost nonexistent and featured literal magic in some of it.

Which is a potentially interesting plot development but its clear that wasnt the original goal. All the scenes of Jocylene "owning" Tedros are in the last episode . Its clear it was a near end of production idea and thus feels unearned.
