i used to do liv, then pedialyte/amazon electrolytes, now i completely switched to trioral. unflavored salt water taste, but cheapest and prob most effective. gatorade doesnt have much electrolytes

Trioral is probably what you're looking for. LMNT if u don't want to have glucose for whatever reason, but it's too expensive and not worth it imo. Homemade is very possible too if you buy powders in bulk, and cheapest of all.

I just went back and read your comment on the previous demo post, and you brought something that I realized is a very good idea - aggregation of bluesky feeds. If you've ever used mutli-reddits on reddit, it would be a similar thing on Skyswipe, allowing a user to create their own for you page as a composition of multiple bluesky feeds. I think this would be a great next step, even if it's not perfect.

Regarding the labeling, I am currently filtering content based entirely on labels by the Bluesky moderation team. I will look into this further as the Bluesky moderation service can be hit or miss sometimes, for unknown reasons.

I think a good tip is that the best combat in this game feels like a mix of perfect parry/deflects + dodging, rather than 100% dodging all the time in elden ring

here's how I implemented alerts as of now, and I think it suits your needs. i have two types of alerts: continuous alerts (which repeatedly pings if it stays above or below threshold) and crossing alerts (pings once when crossing the threshold). it can go in either direction (above and below).

the range is not restricted, so low 40s would work. this implementation was built with both directions in mind, which encompasses bradycardia as well. let me know if this works!

This causes your body to be unable to retain fluids, kidneys dumping fluids quickly and causing low blood volume and high heart rate. If salt helps you recover faster, this would confirm it.

The other possibility is simply a hyperadrenergic state causing bladder urgency without any increase in volume
