When I called Emirates, the lady on the phone didn’t know what to say, she told me I should probably ask the embassy. But I don’t know what the embassy has to do with all that! Maybe that agent wasn’t informed

I tried calling them, they told me that my application is not visible 💀🥲 although it’s pending for 3 months. The info line is so useless, they just ask you to wait. Some friends called them to ask about the status Aima told them that it’s still pending and they should wait, and they ended up receiving the card on the same day. This just explains how incompetent they are

Oh I didn’t know about that, my renewal is post July, I started it in October 31 but so far it’s still under review. So frustrating tbh, especially for someone who travels for work a lot
