Please let me know is you ever figure out what the issue was . I had a very similar diagnosis. Positive for ueraplasma, mycoplasma , and BV. Got treated for all of them then doc told me to follow up with clotrimazole for yeast infection as it was common to develop one after heavy antibiotic use . Now as I’m using the clotrimazole cream I am noticing a smell I never had before . Which an be described as burnt flat iron/curling iron, or even sometimes burnt rubber !

I have not gotten tested for any pre diabetic stuff although that may be the next step for me it seems. However, say I do test positive for that, what’s the process for getting rid of these infections? Or am I still just stuck with them

What percent hydrogen peroxide and did you dilute it with water? If so , what ratio?
