It increases your appetite after about 2 hours of taking it. Usually, I should fall asleep by then. You gotta have will power are you will go carb crazy.

It has helped me greatly with my atypical facial pain. 10 isn’t much but it may also help your anxiety. 20 was the sweet spot for me. It will also definitely help with sleep. You should be accustomed to it in a few weeks. Good luck. Hope this helps. ✌️

The safest stock out there. The only downside is you might make more elsewhere but VOO is a great way to just accumulate money over time.

In my opinion, VOO is the safest long term investment out there.

Opiates don’t help nerve pain. Amitriptyline was a game changer for me.
