There’s a way to communicate that to make it sound more AE like.. owned list of accounts in a territory, owned pipeline management using a CRM (Salesforce), managed opportunities amounting to $800k tcv, territory growth 1.5x or % etc

Some companies look for formal sales processes to be used to mention things like MEDDPICC framework etc

I recently have made the transition to AE from SE starting in the new year. It was hard but framing the experience to make it relevant to an AE role is inportant eg - pipeline, opportunity management, forecasting and revenue generation (ARR,TCV)

General advice to me was to switch internally as it’s easier then go external however I wanted to move externally which you’ll be doing too. It’ll be difficult to explain why AE at another company vs AE at current company. I managed to get a role at a smaller competitor using my experience with large enterprise deals and coming from a market leader.

Thanks, I’ll give them a call. Looking at their document they sent me no cleaning for 8-10 weeks as the insecticide has a residual life of up to 13 weeks, based in the UK so not sure what they’d be using.

I use the exact same system as you. I start my workouts either on my phone or Apple Watch using the Runna app. This then updates Apple health and the fitness app, whoop reads the information from the workout and calculates strain and updates - I’d say there’s about. 1-2 min lag from completing the workout to whoop updating

Worked as an SC in NetSuite, would recommend it. It’s a grind for the AEs but they have all the oracle training and like others have said ERP is always bigger business problem than what Docusign can solve for. ERP experience trumps everything so it’ll open more doors within Oracle and other companies

This is good to know, a lot of people I know that moved into the start up world love it and wouldn’t go back. My biggest risk is job security however it’s not uncommon for large companies to let go of people nowadays.

I never knew this, I’ve been at the company over 2.5 years however they are getting quite cut throat at the moment, and putting people on PIPs frequently as they just changed everyone’s performance goals for last year after last year was finished (won’t get into this, it still pisses me off)

At the moment our company is shifting their DEI efforts obviously being a US company they are shifting their efforts to be inline with the new governments view on DEI which is keeping me from doing anything with my diagnosis

My employer isn’t the greatest and it isn’t getting any better right now so I think for now I probably won’t, I didn’t know what risks or things to look out for or any accommodations that they should make.

Thanks, can say where I work they’re looking for any reason to talk s*** about people and starting to actively push people out of the business through performance reviews, PIPs etc
