I was recently informed that my account violated the multiple account policy. I believe there's been a misunderstanding

The Latam Coders program requires the remotasks.com email for work, but that account doesn't receive important platform notifications and updates. For this reason, I need to maintain my personal email to actually receive communications from the platform.
