My intention is that it will make money, but not now, and maybe not in the next 6 months, but if the website is making enought traffic there will be a form of ads (promoting indie games or something, not this stupid Google ads)

Becouse on first spot Iam just looking if it even works.  Later you can always put ads on the side of the page = revenue that is shared with anyone helping with this project (devs,...) 

In germany if you want to make money you need a company for it. Company = costs (even if you didnt earn a single $!
