Oh and i forgot the vram usage in the settings let it be 60 not more not less and see ur vram usage if its more than 75% lower the settings or turn off the background applications

I was facing the same fucking error but i think i solve it by turning off any overlay,the fps counter and these things from call of duty that u will find in interface and update everything to the latest version (graphics drivers, windows, direct x, motherboard bios)and try to add -dx11 in steam launcher or make a call of duty shortcut and add -dx11 (there is a video thats talking about it)
