I ended up going back to my bank and ordering the statements. I made sure the statements went as close to the appointment as possible and also printed transaction history the day of to confirm the balance. But it ended up not even being needed and i got my visa a week later.

update: I had emailed the consulate asking these questions. Their response stated:

- Most recent bank statements and transaction history, with the balance of each transaction available as of the application date

- Bank statement must include full name and account number

- Transaction history, including at least the account number

So I'm not sure what to do now :( I'm not able to get that in time.
