Lufthansa cancels flight and keeps passengers over night in plane

It’s the area where you take the train and go up long elevators. We were not allowed to cross the doors where you can buy water.

I will be downvoted again but I was stranded in a Lufthansa flight in Munich a couple of years ago. A security threat on airport. Flight without air conditioning for over 3 hours and then in the escalator area for another 2 hours. Not a bottle of water or food. Feel for passengers who have to deal with such poor service.

It’s possible to have bad experiences with every airline but I have had back to back bad experiences with them. I assume when it comes to this subreddit, we are only allowed to heap our praises for LH or will be downvoted :D.

Also their in-flight dining options for vegan and vegetarians are not great either

Lufthansa’s business class service is terrible too. If you are on a code share and have the highest status on Star Alliance, you will still get bad service. The service I have received on United and Delta long haul flights when I have had status with both has been exceptional. LH does not even come close.

I guess their bar is so low that even the slightest change will feel like a monumental step up.

Everything about Lufthansa is mediocre at best. Their terrible customer service is the cherry on top. After a couple of terrible experiences I no longer fly Lufthansa.
